It’s been almost a month and I have not received any of my items, nor have I received any updates on my package.
Hi Cassondra, First, thank you for your order and supporting my small business! I totally understand your frustrations and concerns regarding your order. All items are shipped out weekly, in a timely manner. I haven't received any emails about this order, so I could let you know that international orders via USPS are taking longer than usual surrounding COVID 19. Normally USPS First Class International Package takes up to 2-3 weeks excluding weekends.. with the virus happening International Packages shipped first class are taking up to 30-65 business days for delivery. I have been informed by USPS that the package won't update in tracking until it has arrived in the country sometimes even until the item is delivered. I just checked your tracking number and it is still in transit. You placed your order on July 7th so it's only been 16 business days. Please be patient... If you haven't received your item by the end of August please let me know and we can issue a refund or send you out a new package. Also in the future if you would like the items to ship faster we have other international shipping methods for a higher rate. I can assure you when you items arrive you will love!
